Brief about Role & Fractal :At Fractal Analytics, we are leveraging cutting-edge deep-learning and machine-learning based solutions to address various business problems for leading Fortune 500 companies. We are looking to hire Deep-learning / Machine-learning engineers to help build scalable DL/ML enabled Lead - . Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of scalable algorithms and software components to solve problems in recommendation systems, forecasting systems, computer vision, image and video processing, NLP and similar large-scale analytical Responsibilities: Design and build a scalable software architecture to enable real-time / big-data reusable and scalable system across on-premise and cloud and develop state-of-the-art Deep-learning / machine-learning algorithms for analyzing structured data, image, video, text data among the latest research developments in machine-learning and deep-learning and help build state of the art capabilities in these areas within Fractal. We expect you will have: 8+ years of experience in building scalable AI / Engineering proficiency in Python / Java or similar programming languageHigh proficiency in building scalable systems using distributed processing tools like Spark / NoSQL DB’s / Hadoop or experience in cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)High proficiency in containerization, container-scaling and automation, microservice architectures with tools like docker, Kubernetes, Django or proficiency in DL frameworks – pytorch or savvy, updated on the latest research in DL/ML, adaptable, so you can develop new solutions that match the evolving nature AI drive and intellectual curiosity to do what hasn’t been done before, coupled with an appreciation for overcoming related to algorithm design, software development, architecture of large, complex software systemsGood communication skillsA Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or a related field. The following skills would be an excellent match for the requirements: Expertise related to applying deep learning, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and related techniques for computer vision, object detection, object classifications , action detection, adversarial networks and segmentation frameworks among related to applying deep learning, LSTM, RNN, Transformer architectures related to NLP tasks.
