Responsibilities: As a âBusiness Operations Managerâ, you will manage a team of upto15 members. You will be responsible for the team performance at an overall and individual level. You will manage business development, upsell and achieve business targets for mortgages proposition in your region. As a customer advocate, you will focus on delivering customer experience and TNPS targets. You will also coach the team members on delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will prospect for potential customers through consultative meetings, help customers visualize their present needs and challenges and fulfill their needs by showing them the cost and time benefits of the service. Another key part of your role will be implementing an effective project management framework for projects undertaken by your team, maintaining timelines and meeting business objectives. Amongst internal stakeholders you will work extensively with the product, MarComm, Finance & Accounts and Services teams deliver value to our customers. You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects. Skills & Competencies: The candidate must possess a good understanding of the mortgage market and products. At least 5+ year of experience in business development and team management roles with a strong empathy for customers. Organized, problem solver, persuasive with conflict management skills. A critical listener with effective questioning skills must be articulate with a demonstrated consultative capability. Self-starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication (verbal & written) & influencing skills.
