YOUR ROLE

  • Technical customer Service (TCS) will be for Packaging Adhesives SBU in IMEA region with location in Mumbai with special focus on lamination adhesives.
  • The person will be the link for customer and Henkel for all Packaging adhesives, applications and process related enquiries.
  • TCS team is responsible for taking customer trials, product validation and testing and complaints resolution apart from supporting the Product development and Quality control team.
  • APP-TCS is also responsible for technical training to customers and also at the Flexible Packaging Academy sessions.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduation in Engineering / Science with specialization in polymer science / packaging Minimum 15 years of industrial experience in the flexible packaging (Converting preferred) - Not for packaging development professionals Expertise in Adhesive lamination - On the job in production / quality / technical service.
  • Knowledge / experience in labels / paper converting is better Understanding of the competitor market space and key customer / industry contacts with knowledge on substrates and structures and Inks in Flexible packaging.
  • Willing to travel to customer locations on short notices and should be reliable.
  • Good presentation skills (Public speaking / training) & communication skills (Oral & Written) Strong attitude to Responsibility to foster relationship with customer technical interface & enhance knowledge Interact and be a problem solver with products and offering to customers and do value selling Understand the technical requirements of customer by thorough analysis
