Role: Assistant Brand Manager- Social Media & Events Functional Area: Marketing Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience: 4-7 years Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Social Media Manage the social media company profiles on LinkedIn (primarily), Twitter & Facebook Plan & execute monthly social media calendar Responsible for content strategy, creation and campaign management Collaborate and brainstorm with the creative team (designers & video editors) to create visually appealing creatives/videos Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of decks, videos, e-newsletters, web page, blog content, ad copies, landing pages etc. Interdepartmental coordination for content development Own LinkedIn lead generation marketing and influencer marketing Manage ORM- community management, engagement with the audience and taking part in discussions Weekly/Monthly reporting (analysis and learning of social media metrics) Manage and optimize monthly budget Use analytical insights to test and optimize top and middle of the funnel lead conversion Keep up to date with new technological innovations and undertake ongoing digital research and competitor study Event Management & Marketing Plan & execute professional events (online & physical) from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Collaborate & onboard the influencers/crowd-pullers to co-host the event Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers Project manage entire event, collaborate with all possible marketing channels to ensure a healthy footfall Manage events webpage and participants’ community Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports Preferred Skills: 4+ years of professional experience in managing and growing social media (preferably LinkedIn) presence for the brand Knowledge of Google Analytics is an added advantage Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability & understanding of managing multiple stakeholders Have attention to detail and deliver work that is of high standard
