Position Overview Autodesk is searching for a Senior Employee Experience Designer. At Autodesk, we believe that you can make anything and the right candidate would bring that mindset to the HR Technology team and the systems, processes and programs we support. As a Senior HR Experience Designer, you will have an opportunity in designing and delivering amazing experiences in Workday and other People platforms to support our people initiatives and Business goals Responsibilities Lead, plan, and facilitate design workshops to increase collaboration and fuel ideation and drive to new solutions to improve the employee experience Explore, evaluate, and recommend people technology solutions to support and optimize the employee experience (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) Ensure usability of new products, systems processes and that experience meets design requirements Drive a human-centered design process that spans all phases of development, from framing a problem to creating product concepts for launch including experience maps, user-stories and service blueprints, journey-mapping, etc. Partner with stakeholders such as IT and Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) to address and provide human-centered design solutions to business needs, as well as identify areas for process improvement and recommend methods to automate or bring other efficiencies to the process Support Workday releases to ensure planning and managing of the continuous delivery of system updates, evaluating and testing feature changes and recommend process or system optimization in alignment with business goals Ensure data integrity within Workday and downstream systems by developing audit processes and analyses Provide training and assistance to the People communities and end users on Workday and other HRT supported applications Ensure team and system compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, SOX and other control narratives and matrices Comply with HR Technology and IT change control processes Minimum Qualifications 5+ years professional experience with HCM web-based applications; Workday HCM, Compensation, or Benefits certification preferred 5+ years of experience in a service or experience design role with background in design-thinking, or human-centered research methods Understanding of HR processes and data flows between HR, Benefits, Stock, Compensation, Payroll and IT services Experience working with functional HR teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions that improve efficiencies and performance. Proven background in problem solving and partnership in a global environment. Passion for working with people and systems, and a strong interest in helping customers succeed Ability to maintain personal and confidential information Self-starter and ability to work independently and also collaborate across teams. A team player mentality is a must Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to summarize the work done in an articulate fashion via email or case notes Experience with Workday Compensation, or Absence, Time/Tracking is a plus Knowledge or desire to learn about the usage of automation software such as UI Path, RPA, Power BI, and the ability to analyze a Process Design Document is preferred At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
