Description Key roles and responsibilities include: Responsible for understanding Business Requirements and break down user stories into test scenarios and test cases, validating the functionality Analyzing Functional Requirements and Automation Requirements, perform feasibility analysis. Creating Test Strategies, reviewing requirements with Business Users and preparing test Estimates with test Plan & design Automation scripts. Manage and track the status of test validations throughout the project lifecycle enforce and redefine as necessary Log defects in JIRA / other defect management tool and report the progress to the Leads. Document Test cases, Execution results, test data etc.. and maintain traceability matrix Detect dependencies on other systems/demands Collaborate with the Project IT teams to implement the defined solution Ensuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies Participate in regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping their needs and requirements continuously in view and provide status updates Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Total 6-8 Years of Experience with Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Testing. Minimum 3 years’ experience in test automation with hands-on experience in Selenium/Java/SQL/ C/C++/ JUnit testing Framework /API validation Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Framework Development, test Automation, Test Scenario Creation, Test Case & Script creation, Test Case execution, Traceability matrix, Logging & Tracking bugs & Test Closure. Work experience with Agile delivery teams and good knowledge of Kanban/Scrum methodology Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets Exposure to client facing roles both from IT and Business Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Preferred Requirements Salesforce Certification is an added advantage - can be either Admin, app builder, Sales consultant etc. Basic Knowledge on the CRM, Lead, Case, Offer & Ordering business processes Exposure to Salesforce CRM & Knowledge on Sales, Service, Marketing cloud
