Overview The BDR will focus on customer acquisition and existing opportunity velocity. This position involves:Outbound prospecting to account buyer groups in named accounts to uncover opportunities and take to SAL and monitor conversion to closed dealsInbound qualification, nurturing of marketing generated opportunities to SAL. And monitor conversion to closed dealsUse of intent data will be key. And also not just emailing but doing account research, partnering with sales on buyer group identification/contact development and call out to various levels in buyer be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. LI-SM1 Responsibilities Target identification- proactively gather identification data and record this in –including key contacts, company role, Other technology/applications used in addition to any other intelligence needed to have a strategic generation & development –professionally follow up on new inbound leads generated by ABM/Field Marketing. Monitor passive interest through data/analytics uncovered using the Skybox Marketing tech - Work with the field sales team to identify campaign-based calling / email initiatives (. Top Accounts, Top Personas etc…).Build awareness– help to build awareness of Skybox solutions among target customer early interest – design & execute a program of activity to nurture and advance interest – activity includes sending “of value” information (. news, case studies, articles, events, web seminars) to invitations to engage early-stage leads in marketing activities (eg seminars).Open opportunities- work collaboratively with the Field Sales reps to target specific new opportunities and revive stale sales opportunitiesImpact Deal Velocity- Using your understanding of the territories you support, and the Marketing activities taking place, assist the field sales team in improving deal velocity and re-engaging with firms who have stalled in their buying process. Desired Skills and Experience Ability to learn and understand the key business and technical challenges for CISO around risks, security and overall protection of a company’s key resourcesResourceful self-starter with demonstrated record of exceeding goalsCharismatic, articulate, flexible, creative and undaunted by difficult-to-open doorsAbility to build and maintain business relationships with the field sales team for effective collaborative sellingExcellent communication and organization skillsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointExperienced with sales database upkeep ( or other CRM) preferred2+ years’ experience in Inside Sales technology/software preferredBachelor’s Degree preferred
